The penthouses have been designed to luxuriously sleep 2 to 4 persons each. However, since space is abundant we have included comfortable fold out sleeping couches which could sleep a further 2 adults per unit.
Pricing
The penthouses are priced per fully furnished unit - regardless of the amount of persons staying. A limit of 4 or 6 persons depending on the apartment's size is enforced.
The various rental options we offer are as follows:

Daily rentals
Depending on availability you may rent the loft for a single day or longer. The unit are fully furnished. On offer are a television, a Hi-Fi sound system, and fully fitted kitchen. Telephone service is available on a pre-paid basis . Telephone charge cards may be bought anywhere.

Monthly rentals
The lofts have uses for residential or commercial purposes. It is ideal for a home office environment. A minimum lease period may be stipulated depending on the time of year. The lofts may be rented out furnished or unfurnished depending on the lease period.
